加拿大技术移民办理流程：
1.填写申请表格；
2.递档，递交简表和申请费；
3.等待档案号,俗称FN；
4.在递交申请前一年内考的语言成绩就有效，如果原先没有考，等待过程中可以准备考试，并在补材料前考出雅思或TEF成绩。
5.使馆发补材料信，要求补充相应的支持材料，包括语言考试成绩（雅思和/或TEF），公证认证，成绩单密封件，推荐信，简历，存款证明，Cover letter等。
6.体检表,俗称ME 。去指定医院进行体检，体检结果由医院直接递交给使馆。这时如果需要应该更新相应的材料并交登陆费。
7.使馆做出决定，俗称DM 。如果在体检表之前做出决定，一般是拒签。体检表之后的一般就是取签信，也叫移民纸，俗称PL ，那么祝贺您，您的移民申请通过了。
8.如果是投递的加拿大香港使馆，要求主申请亲自去加拿大香港使馆取签证。
然后您需要在体检的 1 年内登陆一次加拿大，否则您需要再次进行体检，否则移民签证有可能失效。拿到移民签证后您可以随时开始您的移民生活。
加拿大技术移民费用清单一览
很多人都关心移民过程中发生的移民费用，和中为大家总结了通过技术移民方式移民加拿大需要的费用一览表。
加拿大技术移民申请中涉及的费用主要有申请费，登陆费，体检费，雅思考试费及申请过程中的公证认证费用。还有其他费用例如护照，照片，邮寄等。
一、加拿大技术移民申请费 - 投递加拿大北京使馆发生的移民申请费用及支付方式：
加拿大技术移民登陆费（永久居住权费）:
每位申请人 ( 不包括未婚的受赡养子女 ) $ 490 ￥ 2,790 。
二、加拿大技术移民申请费 - 投递加拿大香港使馆发生的移民申请费用及支付方式：
加拿大技术移民登陆费（永久居住权费 RPRF ）:
每位申请人 ( 不包括未婚的受赡养子女 ) $ 490 HK$ 3,090 。
以上是发生在使馆的费用，对于北京使馆一般通过邮政汇款方式支付，对于香港使馆一般通过信用卡或汇票方式支付。
三、其他费用还包括体检费，雅思考试费及的公证认证费用等，不同的申请会略有不同，参见
移民共用费用。
以前做过一个简单的计算：
一般情况下，单身再整个加拿大技术移民申请过程中发生的费用在 12000 - 15000 元左右，需要至少 $10,168 CAD 的存款；
夫妻 2 人发生的费用在 23,000 - 28,000 左右，需要至少 $12,659 CAD 的存款； 一家 3 口发生的费用在 3 万左右，需要至少 $15,563 CAD 的存款。
注： CAD 代表加拿大元，因为汇率一直在变化，所有对于人民币存款来说应该尽量提供比当时换算的汇率高一点的存款数额。
