癌症是夺去人们生命的主要疾病之一．全世界每年约有700万人被癌症夺去了生命．癌细胞最初是由正常细胞变化而来的，正常细胞变为癌细胞的过程称为癌变．正常细胞癌变后有两个主要特点：一是分裂非常快，形成恶性肿瘤；二是癌细胞可以侵入邻近的正常组织，并通过血液、淋巴等进入远处的其他组织和器官，这就是癌的转移．有人称癌细胞为“脱缰之马”．（1）你认为癌症威胁人们生命的原因是什么？
