2、学术能力：教授之所以要录取你，他们最看重你的，不是因为你托福高，也不是因为你PS写的天花乱坠，而是看你的学术能力。学术能力!你认为教授会对你的能歌善舞幽默开朗感兴趣吗?多才多艺兴趣广泛对大学的录取是有帮助的，但研究生院还是突出专业能力的地方。教授要找的是能帮他们做事情的，能参与他们研究，理解他们学术成就的学生，跟他们一条道上的人，或者，至少看着是有点学术潜力，能培养成同道中人的人。
所以整个申请里都务必突出这四个字的主题，大学期间多参加一些专业项目，得一些专业奖项，发表点论文，写点专业文章，参加一些相关权威组织、活动之类，这些东西才是教授感兴趣的。如果觉得自己造诣不够，申请中阅读一些专业书籍、学术论文都来得及，只要行动了，永远不会晚。
