Companies trend to choose the right employees only because of their abilities rather than their gender, and there is no reason to entitle this gender discrimination at all. Nevertheless, for another, professions that need both sexes to work should supply people with equal opportunity. More importantly, companies should offer equal wages for both men and women in the same position.
All in all, the company whose target is benefit uses people to create profits. As the saying goes, “a mice-catching cat is reputed not because of its color, but its capability.”Over emphasis of differentiation is a real shame for feminism indeed.

To begin with, women's charm often works wonders. To illustrate this point, one need only to see the way they use men to do what they want. It is interesting to point out that, in the fields of administrative and secretarial workplace, females outnumber males about four to one while the number of female presidents and prime ministers, and of CEOs and managers, is also up and rising. scarcely possible to stop women from replacing men in whatever jobs in which talents and abilities are concerned and strength is not essential. If at this time there are still more men in charge, it is because women have other jobs that are more rewarding and charming to do, like being mothers at home.
In comparison, men have traditionally been viewed as the breadwinners or workers owing to their strength. The macho-image is active and aggressive. Needless to say, some particular jobs may exclusively go to them. One should note here that women, naturally passive and charming, need not apply for such posts as miners, sailors, ironsmiths or butchers and the like. In view of this, the traditional stereotypes are as good today as they used to be. What really matters then is that men and women are happy in their corresponding
roles, even though there are obvious disparities between individuals as a result of gender.
As a conclusion, one should not forget the paradox that just as women's strength is charm, men's charm is strength, other things being equal. Besides, one should also accept that the quality of employment depends as much on biological differences as on qualification similarities. In real life, neither gender is the weak sex.
