一、高考试卷把脉方向，通过诵读强化语感 　　在这一阶段要“回做”高考天津卷2004年以来的试题，研读试卷分析，对考试要求、试题选材特点、命题方法和容易出现的错误心中有数，这样考试时才能得心应手。 　　离高考越近，越要加大“诵读”量，每天至少拿出半个小时，大声朗读或背诵，将学习和复习的英语知识、优美语句和语篇，还有自己做错题目的正确单句，通过“诵读”固化下来，变成自己的语感。 　　二、自主调整扬长补短，通过总结反思形成考场策略 　　当前，训练的重点还要放在听读写上。听的部分，要注意使用英音材料训练，提高反应能力；每天坚持1—2篇的限时阅读练习，巩固阅读技巧，并在保证准确的基础上，提高速度；写的重点是“回头看”，将原来做过的作文拿出来再修改，再提升，形成自己的范文。对于语法和词汇部分，新题量要逐渐减少，做过的题的理解和记忆要加强。符合自己实际的“个性化”的词汇表，要每天勤看勤梳理。 　　最后阶段的复习，要合理利用时间，零整结合。特别要利用好零敲碎打的时间记几个词、一两个句子，或背一个小语段。英语复习可以一日“少食多餐”，这样更有效率。还要切记：英语复习切不可一日中断。 　　三、以实战演练调整状态，通过全方位训练渐入佳境 　　选择自己没有做过的高考真题或高质量的模拟题，在这30天里，进行两三次实战演练（下午3：00—4：40回答第一、二卷，5：00—5：20回答听力部分）。通过训练，形成合理的答题顺序，学会整体把握考试时间，有效控制考试节奏。同时，调整好生物钟和答题心理，使自己能渐渐进入高考临考状态，渐渐“兴奋”起来，力争高考有好的发挥。
