In China ,it’s a custom to celebrate the Lantern Festival by setting off fireworks.In my city,there is an annual firework show sponsored by the government.It is true that setting off fireworks does offer relaxation and excitement to the citizens.However,I don’t think it is wise to
celebrate the Lantern Festival in this way.My reasons are as follows.
Firstly,it is really a waste of money.The fireworks last only 30 minutes,but it costs about 1.5 million yuan,which can be used for the city construction.Secondly,while fireworks are wonderful to look at,they cause air pollution.Besides,some unexpected fires might break out ,causing heavy damage and loss.
In conclusion,celebrating the Lantern Festival with fireworks isn’t necessary.

这是出自安徽省怀远2010年教师招聘的一道选择题.其中有孔子与苏格拉底.我个人认为,是苏格拉底.但也有人说是孔子.像这样的题目跑到试卷上,出题人也太业余了吧?
恳请广大朋友能够提供我一个肯定的答案,叩谢
因为是中国人,且接触的都是中国文化历史,所以说是孔子也不奇怪.苏格拉底是古希腊人,我们读书时接触的就相对较少,所以对他的了解也相对较少.
