摘 要
橡胶注射成型硫化机简称橡胶注射机或注压机，为工业橡胶模制品中三大成型硫化机种之一。主要应用于生产汽车配件、工业配件、电气绝缘零件、连接器插座、密封件、减震垫、防震罩、鞋、瓶塞、吸尘软管、护套、气门嘴垫、玩具和健身器具等。随着汽车工业发展，对密封件、电气连接器、减震器等的质量要求越来越高，橡胶注射制品的需求量增加了1.2万倍以上，强劲的市场需求为橡胶注射机的发展提供了契机。
本文从橡胶注射成型技术发展概况出发，介绍了几种常见的橡胶注射成型机，并对橡胶注射成型设备发展应用前景进行了阐述。

The rubber injection molding curing machine referred to as rubber injection molding machine or injection press molding curing press one of three in the industrial rubber moldings. Mainly used in the production of auto parts, industrial parts, electrical insulation parts, connectors, sockets, seals, cushioning, shock covers, shoes, bottle stoppers, vacuum hose, jacket, valve pads, toys and fitness equipment . With the development of automobile industry, the quality of the seals, electrical connectors, shock absorbers, such as the increasingly high demand, the demand for rubber injection products increased by more than 1.2 million times, and strong market demand for the development of rubber injection molding machine an opportunity.
Development of rubber injection molding technology, introduces several common rubber injection molding and rubber injection molding equipment prospect are described.

引 言
近几十年的发展中，橡胶注射成型机及注射成型工艺得到不断的完善和提高，使其在橡胶行业中的荧荧日益广泛。随着现代电子技术和计算机技术的发展，橡胶注射成型机的控制系统也达到了不断的发展和完善。对于汽车零部件、电气电子设备配件等大批量生产的产品，橡胶注射成型机能够充分发挥注射成型的优势。用注射成型技术来革新目前生产中所沿用的生产技术将是橡胶工业以后的研究课题之一。相对于国外的橡胶成型设备，我国的设备及技术还是比较落后，随着国内橡胶加工业的发展，借助更先进的橡胶注射成型机可实现生产高效率，产品广阔高质量，创造出高的经济效益。
