英语翻译连锁企业作为我国企业中重要的一种企业组织形式,对我国经济的发展起到了巨大的作用.而连锁鞋店近几年也有了突飞猛进的发展,但连锁鞋店的人力资源开发与管理存在很多的问题,造成了连锁鞋店员工流失严重,特别是外地员工的流失率较高,严重影响了鞋店的发展规模与经济效益.为了使连锁鞋店增强竞争力,占有更多的市场份额,就应该重视人力资源开发与管理的应用.众所周知,无论哪个行业的竞争,归根到底都是人才得竞争,因此,从根本上分析员工流失的原因,留住人才,才是企业利用人力资源的关键.因此,正确认识人力资源的现实情况,通过仔细分析问题,进而找到一条可行的解决方法是非常必要的.本文选择沈阳市平凡连锁鞋店作为研究对象,在理论和实践相结合的前提下,从企业外部与内部角度分析了员工流失的员因,并对其进行了分析.【沈阳hr沙龙活动】
As an important form of chinese enterprises, chain stores play a great role in ecomony. Though achieve fast devolopment,shoes chain stores have many problems in HR developmnet and HR management.
With the high rate of staff loss especially those are not local,developing scale and efficiency is deminished.We should pay more attention to HRM if we want to expansion market share and enhance the competive power.
we all know that no matter where the competion places,indeed it is the competion of the talents. so ,remain the perfect staff and analysis the reason of the staff loss is the key way to develope a company.
it"s necessay to recgonise the current situation and analysis the problem ,finding out a way to solve the problem.
this assay choose the .as the reasearch object,on the basis of combination of theory and practise,we analysis the reason of staff loss from outside and inside of the enterprise.

英语翻译,HR进张先生将在12月20号下午5点到8点为他的父亲庆祝生日,所以他在8点之后有时间参加面试.另外,由于不能确定年会的日程,张先生也许无法参加在北京的面试,张先生将于28号返回沈阳.所以28号之后也可以安排面试时间.

Becuase Mr.Zhang will celebrate his father"s birthday from 5 p.m.to 8 p.m on Dec.20th,he has no time to attend the job interview until 8 p.m..In addition,because of the uncertainty of the schedule of the annual meeting,Mr.Zhang maybe can"t attend the job interview in Beijing.And he will come back to Shenyang on Dec.28th,so the job interview can be arranged after Dec.28th.
