摘要

随着移动互联网的发展,监控系统开始朝着移动摄像远程监控的方向发展,这将开启视频监控系统发展展的全新方向。因此,论文提出了一种基于4G远程实时视频监控方案,将4G移动通信技术、H.264视频压缩编码技术、ARM+DSP嵌入式开发结合起来,通过中央管理软件(CMS),实现对远程视频实时传输的视频监控系统进行设计。论文设计基于TD-LTE无线多模块视频终端硬件结构为核心,主要集成H.264硬件编码模块和TD-LTE 4G无线网络模块。通过软硬件结合将经过视频采集编码模块处理后的视频信息,交由视频压缩编码模块进行H.264压缩编码,最后将压缩编码后的视频数据通过RTP(Real-Time Transport Protocol,实时传输协议)数据包形式经4G无线模块发送至互联网络中的中央管理服务器将视频流存储或转发,为了实现监控系统完整的视频监控功能,论文通过中央管理软件CMS系统,实现在远程监控终端对远程视频终端进行实时操作控制,和Web浏览器登录,实现视频实时浏览、回放等功能。

ABSTRACT

With the development of mobile Internet, began to move toward the camera monitoring system remote monitor and control the direction of development, which will open exhibition of new video surveillance system development direction.Therefore, the paper puts forward a kind of remote real-time video monitoring scheme based on 4 g, 4 g mobile communication technology, h. 264 video compression coding technology, ARM + DSP embedded development, through the central management software (CMS), the implementation of remote video real-time transmission of video monitoring system design.Paper design is based on the td-scdma LTE wireless module more video terminal hardware structure as the core, the main integration h. 264 hardware encoding module and the td-scdma LTE 4 g wireless module.Through the software and hardware combination after dealing with the collection video coding module of video information, to the video compression coding module in h. 264 compression coding, finally after the compressed encoding of video data by RTP (Real - Time Transport Protocol, real-time Transport Protocol) packet form by the 4 g wireless module to the Internet in the central management server to forward the video store, or, in order to realize the monitoring and control system for the complete video monitoring function, the paper through the central management software CMS, the remote monitoring terminal of remote video terminal real-time operation control, and a Web browser login, realize real-time browsing, video playback, and other functions.
