生物医学研究院是复旦大学高水平交叉学科研究平台，经过十余年的发展，已经形成医学表观遗传学、分子细胞生物学和医学系统生物学三大研究中心，十余个研究方向。
生物医学研究院现有两院院士13人，长期“千人计划”4人，短期“千人计划”3人，青年“千人计划”6人，上海“千人计划”2人，教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授16人、讲座教授6人，复旦特聘教授19人，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者19人次、“973计划”和“S973计划”项目首席科学家15人次。
为进一步推进完善科研队伍机构，推进研究院科研进展，现招收海外博士后优秀人才若干名具体要求如下：
一、招聘岗位：海外博士后
二、岗位要求：
1）年龄35岁以下，博士毕业不能超过5年；
2）博士毕业学校要求是世界100强，具有生物、化学、药学等专业背景，有志于从事医学科学研究的青年才俊；
3）在国际学术期刊发表过研究论文及相关成果；
4）具有良好的英文文献阅读、写作技能，能够在国际学术会议口头介绍研究成果；
5）热爱科研，刻苦努力，具有良好的团队合作精神；
三、招聘方式及程序
对于优秀的博士后候选人，研究院将提供有竞争力的薪资，并协助申报各类人才项目和课题项目，如果在博士后阶段成果突出，研究院将进行更多的激励政策。
