Here I am going to ask if I have the qualification to receive a conditional admission, so that I can wait the IELTS result and send it to you. If I have the honor to be conditionally admitted, then when can I receive your offer? Because I have some other famalities to go through. Besides, I have received a mail saying I have to change purpose of stay to extend my Dutch residence with Hogeschool Utrecht.
